ucsc-pslhisto¶
Collect counts on PSL alignments for making histograms. These then be analyzed with R, textHistogram, etc.

Installation¶
With an activated Bioconda channel (see Setup and usage), install with:
conda install ucsc-pslhisto
and update with:
conda update ucsc-pslhisto
