r-permute¶

A set of restricted permutation designs for freely exchangeable, line transects (time series), and spatial grid designs plus permutation of blocks (groups of samples) is provided.

Installation¶

With an activated Bioconda channel (see Setup and usage), install with:

conda install r-permute

and update with:

conda update r-permute
