Installation¶

With an activated Bioconda channel (see Setup and usage), install with:

conda install bioconductor-txdb.hsapiens.ucsc.hg19.knowngene

and update with:

conda update bioconductor-txdb.hsapiens.ucsc.hg19.knowngene
