Installation¶

With an activated Bioconda channel (see Setup and usage), install with:

conda install bioconductor-txdb.mmusculus.ucsc.mm10.ensgene

and update with:

conda update bioconductor-txdb.mmusculus.ucsc.mm10.ensgene
